Need Synaptics Multitouch Gesture Suite for Linux

Hello All:

According to Engadget, Synaptics has released their Multitouch Gesture Suite for Linux. It is available only for OEMs, and not for end-user download (yet). Anyone knows if it's available from Dell yet? If not, how can we get one (from Dell or otherwise)?
