Need video driver for XPS 17 L702X

I'm looking for this video driver for my laptop:

When I go to the driver download page for my laptop, all I get when I click on download is the Dell driver download manager downloaded instead of the driver itself.  Same thing when I go directly to the driver page referenced by the previously mentioned page, I cannot download the driver.

Anyone know how I can get this driver?  It should be available...
