New sized for partitioned harddrive

I just got my new XPS M1330 and I dont manage to find how to make new partition sizes.

Is it possible to make or I have to stay with default sizes as I bought it ?

I don't think you can create partitions without help from a program. PartitionMagic is easy to use and does a great job.
