No POST No Video

I am working on an N7010 inspiron.

I get no Video and no Post.

When I run the LCD Bist test I get a white blinking screen

When I push down the power button and hold it down all I get is blinking battery status light with a/c adapter only plugged in.

Hooked up a TV via HDMI and was unable to get video.

Recently the keyboard was replaced.

Reseated RAM and Tried known good RAM nogo.

Replace HDD drive nogo I do not get HDD status light to come. Probably because it won't POST passed video.

Removed HDD, RAM, DVDrom drive nogo.

Any thoughts on what the status indicator is telling me.
