No communication from DELL
I called had DELL support on the 27th of july and e mailed the pics of my laptop as required, I even e mailed DELL support on the 2nd of August yet no one has reverted to any of this. An engineer was to visit my place but I have not heard from anyone. Its been 9 days now. My sr no is
