I'd suggest you run keyboard troubleshooting tool on the system. Please type Troubleshooting Control Panel onto [Cortana] search box, click on 'View All' , and then keyboard. Run other tools as well, see image below:
Make sure 'Sticky keys' and 'Turn on Filter keys" are turn off. At the bottom, left of taskbar, right click windows logo, click on Control Panel, Ease of Access, and then 'Change how your keyboard works'.

You could reseat the keyboard cable and see if that makes a difference.
