PC Restore function which reset your computer to factory settings would not work properly after the windows is installed using the disk that came with the system. I would suggest you to re-install the operating system using the link mentioned below:

Note: Windows re-installation removes the data and applications installed on the system.

Once the operating system is installed, install the drivers in correct sequence. Please click the link mentioned below for more information:

After the installation of the drivers, click the link mentioned below to register on My Dell Downloads:

smartsource.dell.com/.../Welcome.aspx

Register your system and install the applications that came pre-installed on the system.
