Overheat cpu and gpu Dell 7567

My laptop running Intel i7, gtx 1050 ti and 8gb, which is sufficient for most games i play like The Crew, Csgo, Fortnight and Dota. But i notice my laptop was running very hot and the fan was turned to the max once I open the game.

For example The Crew,
Middle settings:
Fps: 55-60
Gpu temp: 73 C
Gpu usage around 70-80%
Cpu temp: 75 C

Ultra settings:
Fps: 30-40
Gpu temp: 74 C
Gpu usage 95-100%
Cpu temp: 80 C

Game play is smooth during mid settings, but when it is in ultra the game blink every once a while. I was suspecting it was due to overheating problem. The keyboard area was disturbing hot and another thing i notice is that the left fan has higher air flow than the right one, not sure about this because i used my hands to feel it.

Should I send this in for warranty?

Any help would be deeply appreciated, thanks!
