Overheating of Studio XPS 16

This morning contacted with Dell technical support for overheating concerning for newly ordered Xps 16.  After installing Bios A_11 version and new drivers for chipset, the overheating problem seems little bit alleviated, but laptop is still touching hot, and very noisy from over-burdened fan. 

This is current Screen Print, with CPUID hardware monitor showing 88 degreeC CPU temperature, after 30-minute gaming (Dragon Age: Origin).  Do you guys think it's absolutely normal with this temperature on gaming, or it is really too high and something must be wrong? 

I am wondering if I should contact Dell again to exchange the heating sink, fan, or motherboard, or just buy a cooling pad and enjoy the hot and noisy xps 16. 

Your comments are extremely welcome and thankful!  BTW, do you know any place I can get a silent fan for this laptop.  I really hate the noise it makes.
