POOR TECH SUPPORT ISSUES

I currently have a Dell Mini that the Recovery Partion is not working and they sent me a USB Key and told me this would set everything back to factory spech's and it simply installed windows 7 NOTHING MORE

They than sent the dell dou stage software

which is nothing more than several downloaded apps that when done gave NOTHING more than programs installed

Meaning: When I switch to tablet mode nothing happens

If I go to programs than to dell dou and launch it all that happens is

a grayed screen comes up over the regular screen but has no icons or anything to click or launch

Every time it is just one more thing and all a supervisor said was if you can get connected to the internet we can fix the problem and when ask what problem will be fixed he said the dou stage

Well what about all the other programs and the fact that the next time I'd have to "RESTORE" my system I'd be where I am now

HOW ABOUT OFFERING SOMETHING THAT FIXES THE BAD RESTORE ISSUE THAN ALL THE OTHER ISSUES WOULD NOT NEED TO BE ISSUES

THE REAL KICKER HERE I STILL HAVE ABOUT 250 DAYS ON THE WARRANTY
