Hallo,

I have also run diagnostics and i get the message "Hard Drive - Not Installed" meaning it is clearly an issue with the Hard Drive. Either a connection issue or a physical issue within the hard drive.

Please help in resolving this.

You'll need to call Dell support to arrange replacement of the failed drive.
