Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows. Ex: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
If you don't know, type msinfo32 onto the search box, and look for system model.
Also, what type of installation is on the USB flash drive ? Windows 10, 8.1 or 7 ? Recovery drive ?
