Possibly some problems with L502x and McAfee (Site Advisor) ?

Are there any known problems with the L502x model and Mcafee (Site Advisor) ?

I have been working with McAfee tech support the last couple of days to try and find out why my custom ordered L502x will not display the green ticks and red cross' next to search results with McAfee (Site Advisor) enabled - The McAfee techs who acessed my laptop have not been able to figure it out...

I have done a number of clean Windows 7 Pro 64bit SP1 installs and problem is the same.

Something I have just noticed was I checked on my brothers L502x (a completely different L502x to my one).

I noticed he does have the green ticks and red cross' next to search results in Google, but on Internet Explorer in the Google search and Bing search he does not have the green ticks and red cross', which I believe they should show there.... Everything for McAfee (Site Advisor) is enabled.

Is it possible this could be some kind of specific problem with McAfee (Site Advisor) and L502x models?

Does anyone else have this problem?
