Problem with watchdog.sys and drive card installation on WINDOWS 8.1

My Dell ispiron 4110 wich many problems when I get install windows 8.1.

-first: when I install windows 8.1 him self installed all drivers for my Dell;

-After reboot the computer apear with BLUESCREEN with WATCHDOG.sys violation;

-Also him get atikmpag or atikmpag message too

please, I need help to install correct drive. I was use the dell service number but there are to much video drivers and not at all work.

I tryed download on ATI website but the problem is the same.

my dedicated card drive are AMD 7000series.
