Repairing a Laptop in Phoenix, AZ

Could someone direct me to a laptop repair shop in Phoenix, Arizona. I have check several places on the web and they charge extra for shipping and handling. Let alone they don't even know what I am talking about but will charge me a fee just to look at it. I would prefer to take it into a shop and show them what the problem is. Most places don't even know how to open up the laptop cases let alone try to fix it. I know that DELL has awesome At-home warranties and that they out source there repair work to the local cities repair shops when needed. Could someone provide me some great places. I am No longer under Dells warranty. Thank you for any help you all can provide.
