Replaced 40WHR with 65WHR but not working.
Situation: Have a Dell Inspiron 15 3521 with a 40 WHR factory battery, I replaced it with a Dell 65 WHR battery upgrade to give me more on the go power. No problems exist with the current battery. It is a certified Dell replacement part I got searching via the parts upgrades from my service tag number. But... When I go to power up the laptop I just get beeps like it is cycling to try to start repeatedly. Battery is charged.

Hi SgtDan,
Please let me know if the beep sound occurs with the new battery only. Also let me know the part number of the new battery. Also pay close attention to the number of beeps. There is a pattern of beeps like “beep-beep-beep” beep code and a “”beep-beep” beep code. Let us know how many times the system beeps.
Let us know about the progress.
