Request recovery discs
Hi,
Recently my laptop (Dell Inspiron N1510) was started improper working. SO I decided to reset the settings to factory reset. But laptop is 4 years old. when I checked recovery disc, one of them was damaged.
please suggest how can I make factory resetting???

I would advise that you restore the computer to factory state and check for issue resolution. Please follow the steps in the link below to perform PC restore.
