Reset fingerprint sensor - Latitude E5470
I bought a new E5470 for a work laptop. When initially received I set up a local account before connecting to our company domain.
My fingerprint has been associated with the local account, and so cannot be used with the account on the domain. How to I reset / disassociate my print from the local account and reassign it to the domain account?

That help page states that "E5xx0 platform requires a different procedure to reset the fingerprint reader credentials."
Per my original post, the machine is an E5470.
My machine does not have the Program Files folders specified.

I have the same problem. I tried to use aesreset.exe but it cannot connect to fingerprint sensor.
My laptop is older - I use e5430 and problem starded after I had to format my hdd because of windows problem... Now I cannot use fingerprint sensor because fingerprint is associated with other account :(
