Hi Jpesenti,

Thanks for posting.

Here is some information you may find helpful.

Thanks for that info, Robert P.

So I have the USB Type-C cable with my WD15.  And this says that triple display allows 3x SXGA (1280 x 1024 @ 60 Hz).

Any thoughts as to why my HDMI connected monitor is only allowing me 720x576 @ 50p HZ?  Is it because the other 2 are set to 1920x1080 @ 60p Hz?

Did you test reducing the frequency of the first two monitors to 30Hz or also reducing their resolution?

I'm not sure, but the bandwidth of the WD15 USB3.1 connection (10Gbps) might be saturated - mind it surely does not support a single 4K@60Hz, but it does 4K@30Hz.

Does the setup work if you connect the third display directly to the laptop?

The TB16 dock connects via TB3 (40Gbps) which allows two 4k@60Hz displays plus some headroom left.

I'm having the same problem as you. Our older format dock supports 3 monitors at 1080p no problem.

The weird part is that I can have 2 x 1080p external monitor and the built-in laptop screen at 1080p but not 3 x 1080p monitor.
