Slow Internet. Alienware 14. Killer wireless card

I bought this computer the other day and noticed the wifi is broken. It connects fine but the download speed is soooo slow. I max out at 1 mbps. I tried all the fixes online. Reinstalled drivers. Please help. I'd love to be able to use my new computer....
