Speakers don't restore sound after unplugging headphones.
Just as it says, when I unplug the headphones, sound should come back on through the speakers but it doesn't. any ideas?

How about before you plug in headphones? Do you have audio through the speakers.
You ought to state the model name of your laptop and the operating system.
