System Freeze when wireless enabled - blinking Capslock and Scrolllock lights

Hi all, I'm running a XPS M1710 with the wireless N card. Occasionally during either boot up (even before the OS kicks in), or while using the computer, the computer will do a complete freeze and both the caps lock and the scroll lock lights will blink amber at the same time. (That's the light with the 'A' in it, and the one with the down arrow) It *looks* like that would be a hardware issue, but before I do some more troubleshooting, does anyone know, definitively what those two lights blinking at the same time mean? I can't find any reference to them in any of the documentation I have. Any help would be appreciated before I call Dell Support. Thanks
