TB15 not working with Precision 5100

Thought I would weigh in with my issues as well. Just got a precision 5100, and a TB15. Having issues with initial connection after waking up from sleep, USB randomly disconnecting as well as display scaling issues. With the display, my icons are gigantic and a lot of things are zoomed in. Checked the properties in Windows and everything shows 100% as it should. Some of my taskbar icons are distorted as well. Additionally, if I use 1 or 2 displays in addition to the laptop display, the laptop display tweaks out and flickers quit frequently. My co-worker and I have the exact same setups and he is experiencing these issues as well. Really disappointed in Dell with this. Oh, all drivers and BIOS updates have been updated to the latest. Cannot figure out where to go from here.
