This is ridiculous!

I had been trying to sort out my warranty for almost 2 months now but no one at dell can help me. It's always a dead end! I need to transfer my owner ship to Canadian. I have filled out the transfer ownership form almost 5 times now and each time it is denied because "the previous owners information is incorrect.....I AM THE PREVIOUS OWNER!!!!! No matter what combination of words I try, it always comes back denied. I have called many, many times to which the only answer I receive is "please go back and fill out the form". My warranty is set to end in a few weeks and this MUST be resolved by then. Anyone PLEASE help me....PLEASE!!!! Is there somewhere I can go to see what information I must have put in in the first place so I can finally get my warranty transferred and get my computer back...PLEASE!!!
