Touchpad Unexpectedly Turning On
Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 7353 laptop. I have set the touchpad to "off" through the Settings screen. After use of various applications, the touchpad turns back on even though "off" is still set within Settings. I can only turn off touchpad functionality again by restarting the computer.
Any suggestions to fix this problem? Thanks.

When did the issue start? Is it the first time you tried to turn off the touchpad?
Please update the touchpad drivers from support.euro.dell.com--enter tag #--submit--drivers and downloads--choose operating system--install as suggested.
Let us know how it goes.
