Under Win7, D830 doesn't react on closing lid and power button
Clean Win7 install and under running Win7, closing lid doesn't put it in sleep mode and pressing power button doesn't shutdown OS.
Yes, I did setup Control Panel\System and Security\Power Options as required!
When under other OS or laptop turned off(pressing power button, turns it on), those do work!

dell quickset also offers power adjustments. install this and try it again
