My dell inspiron 3520 core i5 shutdowns automatically while power cable connects or disconnects.
What is the solution.

Hi Istyak Rana,
It seems like an issue with the battery not charging on the system, I would suggest that you run the diagnostics on the computer by following the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Please let me know the findings.

I Have ran the ePSA . It tells me all the system hardware are good .
The battery is charging/discharging normally .
If I connect the adapter within 10/15 minutes there is no problem .
Also if I connect the adapter after putting the system in sleep there is no problem .
(it doesn't shutdowns)
The problem is while I am using the laptop for couple of hour (either adapter connect /disconnected )
If I disconnect/connect the adapter the system shutdown (without any warning) automatically.
Now days Its heating up excessively .(Higher Than before)
This must be related with shutdown .
Cause both problem started simultaneously last couple of week .

Hi Istyak Rana,
I would suggest you to update the BIOS on the computer. Please enter your service tag # on the link below, then download the BIOS required onto the system and install it.

Also, please clean the air vents using the can of compressed air and check for the temperature.
