Upgrade Processor i3 To i5 or i7 on Dell Inspiron 3521
Hello Everyone i have dell inspiron 3521 and i ask if i can upgrade processor i3-3227 u 1.9 ghz 4 cpu to i5 or i7
and how about graphics card can i upgrade it ?

Both the processor and video chip are soldered to the mainboard - they are not removeable for upgrade.
I don't think this system was ever offered with an i7 CPU -- there is an i5 option, but to upgrade you'd have to replace the mainboard, which isn't exactly inexpensive.
