Upgrade to a HD screen on E6330
I have seen on newer models (Dell 6350) that it is possible to replace the screen and upgrade to HD resolution. The only screens I have found on Parts-people.com are WXGAHD. Have anyone upgraded to a screen with Full HD?

I don't think Dell has ever offered FHD on a Latitude with screen less than 14" in size, which this one is. So - even if you find a screen, there won't be a wiring harness for it. There is no Latitude E6350 -- there's an E6530, which does have the FHD option - but that's a totally different system with a 15" screen.
