Upgrading D630 WiFi Card? Dual Bays?

I have a D630 with a DW-1490 wifi card in the top centered socket. I bought a 4965AGN wifi card and realized not only do I have what appears to be a second slot for dual wifi cards but a change in number of antenna leads. 

The new card has a "1 2 3" and I have a white wire, a black, two greys and a grey/black wire. 

Can it be installed on the left side instead of top centered (long story why) ?

Also regarding that left side slot can SSD cards be used there or just flash card modules? (I just learnt about FCMs)
