Video card not downloading - runtime error Inspiron 7559

Whenever I try to download the GeForce video graphics card (which comes with the laptop) it comes with a runtime error which says

Runtime Error

Program C:\\Windows\SysWOW64\RunDll32.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

However I don't know if I should contact Dell (because of the laptop) or the GeForce team. I have already sent in the same model laptop with a different issue, however on the last laptop I did not have this issue leading me to believe it is a Dell issue.
