Vostro 2510 Webcam pic-in-pic

Very odd, my webcam has picture in picture that I can't seem to turn off.  It's there for video/photo/video calls on MSN.  It's kind of annoying and can't find any help on how to turn it off.  On a side and related note, the picture seems to zoom in all by itself.  I can't find any zoom buttons, any help there too??
