Vostro 3459 stutters when plugged out
So I just bought a Vostro 3459 a week ago and it works fine, except one minor inconvenience... When the power goes off or when I unplug the power cable from the laptop, it stutters for 3-4 seconds (gives the cracking sound if music is on) and then gets back to normal. It is kinda irritating me. Any help, please?

So you are actively playing music, then disconnecting the AC power cable from the laptop. The hardware and operating system have to make the switch from AC power to battery power. It's not instantaneous. In the time it takes to switch, the audio is interrupted. Both my Latitude (Windows 10) and XPS (Windows 7) laptops do this.
