WARRANTY VOIDING Dell Laptop Inspiron 5547

I am a new owner of Dell Inspiron 5547. I have two questions for my warranty. 
1) Will upgrading RAM void my warranty? I would like to upgrade it from 8gb to 16 gb but not with the official dell memory ram kit ( sanddisk or Kingston).
2)My laptop came with a non-backlghit keyboard i would like to upgrade it to a backligt keyboard. I found one at amazon however it isn't the official one, any idea where could i get the official one?

I would like to do both of the upgrades by my own.
