Webcam sound and USB not working

I forgot to mention that the sound icon in Device Manager is also gone. And when I try to run une of these it says no output device instaled.

I tried downloading all of these Drivers any other sugestion.

Welcome to Dell community.

Since you have already updated the drivers and audio device is not getting detected in device manager, we need to restore the BIOS settings to defaults.

Please follow the below steps to restore the BIOS to defaults settings.

1) Shut down the system.

2) Power on the system and tap F2 key on the keyboard very quickly the moment you see the DELL logo screen.

3)The computer will boot to the BIOS of the computer.

4) Please press F9 key to restore to default settings.

5) Once done, press F10 to save and exit.

Please check if the audio device is still not gettting detected or not.

If you still facing the issue. Please check if the system is under warranty from below link:
