Why does support *** so much??

Ms sister's dell computer broke down many weeks ago.  After taking to 6.02x10^23 "tech support" People, a "technician" came out to try and fix it.  He couldn't.  So we sent it to a "depot" to fix it.  It just came back today and it wasn't fixed.  The battery had died, and by the time it came back it was still dead.   Additionally, all her data was gone. My question is,  how on this earth could a computer be sent in to get fixed, then come back in worst state than it was when it left???  HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE?!

I'd suggest you quickly contact Technical Support in the link below. Hopefully one the Dell reps here on the forum see your thread and speed things up for you.
