WiFi disabled on an Inspiron 14z
Hi. I have an Inspiron 14z and somehow I seem to have turned off the Wifi completely - even when I go into settings, the ability to turn the wifi on is greyed out (airplane mode is off). An ethernet connection is fine. Any suggestions please?

I'd suggest you press the Fn key + PrtScr key on keyboard.

Hi rwhe02001,
Please reply us with the snapshot of the Network adapters section expanded in the device manager so that we can check if the wireless card driver is installed.
