Window 10 - Disable Touchpad in Tablet Mode

We have an Inspiron11-3147 2-in-1 and upgraded to Windows 10.

Now that it is running Windows 10, the touchpad is no longer disables when the 2-in-1 in physically put into tablet mode.  Obviously, it's very annoying to have the pointer moving around the screen every time you touch the trackpad on the "back" of the tablet.

I've downloaded and installed the latest touchpad driver, but I don't see a touchpad icon in the system tray.  I also don't see any synaptics tabs on the mouse properties screen in Control Panel.

The Dell QuickSet application also does not seem to be running correctly.  It shows the setting to lock keyboard and tracked, but only the keyboard is locking.

Any suggestions?
