Windows Vista Reinstall Disk
I need to reformat my Dell laptop and reinstall Vista Home Premium (OEM), however the OEM reinstall disk is not available. Does dell send them out if you ask for one? If not, does windows? I know you can probably also get one through other means, but I'd like to pursue these options first. If it matters, I believe the laptop is out of warranty.
