XPS 13 L321X UEFI boot?

Have a XPS 13 L321X (2012) and am looking to boot from USB via UEFI.  Im not seeing any options in the BIOS for this.  Is this laptop capable of booting UEFI or any way to enable it?

Yes, the system has UEFI support  -- is the current setup in legacy (BIOS) mode?

Yes, its currently in legacy mode.  Current windows install is legacy.  How do I enable UEFI boot?  If i try to boot UEFI from a known working USB stick thats setup as EFI, it says "Operation System Not Found".  I can boot from legacy, but I need UEFI

In order to disable legacy mode and enable UEFI mode, you will need to reinstall Windows, so be sure you have a backup of your data and a UEFI-enabled flash drive with the version of Windows you want to install.  Go into setup, turn off legacy mode, plug in your flash drive, boot from it and complete the installation.

I have A08 Bios and I don't see anywhere in the BIOS options to turn off legacy mode or enable UEFI.
