XPS 15
I have received 2 XPS 15
one on the 06 DEC 2010 , I just use for 2 minute, the power shut down and never be start on again !!
another one I reveived 01 Dec, use for 2 hours and the power auto off, can be start on but keep auto shut down every 5 minute!!!!!
both xps are waitting for the technician to come , I wish Dell do something about it, 2 new XPS cannot be use when arrive!!! hope less!!!

Wow, you are some luck.
But I don't think new purchased laptop within a week should be repair instead 1 to 1 exchange.

Yes, the engineer came, both they exchange for me after the engineer trying their best.
