XPS 15Z (L511z) i7 : motherboard

Hi. I have a XPS 15Z (L511z) i7 2640M/2.8 GHz ( DASS8BMBAE1 REV : E ). I want to remplace his motherboard. Could you please tell me which one is compatible ? and if is possible to upgrade to new one?
