XPS 17 (L702X) Window 7 64 bit "Base System Device" Driver?

Hi,

Missing 3 -- Base System Devices?

Where do find the drivers?

I installed all the drivers under my support tab.

It is probably my SD card reader but I do not see the driver listed.

Thank you, Jeff.

FIXED - download the JMicron JMB389 Card Reader driver (below) listed for the L701X.

Me too, same story...

I have the XPS L702x and have installed every driver on the support page. I also have 3 missing "Base System Devices"

I believe the SD Card reader is part of the Chipset drivers (which should be installed first)

No sorry ... it is for sure the SD card reader -- I just plugged in a SD card and the devices are missing again.

Where can we find the 64 bit driver?

Thank you!

The best answer would be for Dell to post the driver under the L702X too.

You can also download the media driver from L502X.

How do you know your daughter-board is faulty?  I had problems copying files to an external USB drive.  The system would lose the files in the middle of a copy.  I reloaded Windows and I think that fixed it.

Thanks, it appears to have worked for me as well. Now if I can just get Dell to swap out my faulty USB 3.0 daughterboard...
