XPS 9360 Cursor snap back when moved a small distance on trackpad

Im facing an issue that:

When I use my trackpad and move the cursor a bit (maybe a few mm) to point to something "quickly", and leave my finger.. the cursor will jump back to original place and recognize my move as a click instead.

On the other hand, if I move a bit but keep touching the trackpak, its fine...

I have try modifying the setting in the control panel but it didn't work.

Is this some sort of implicit setting that can be changed somewhere?
