XPS M1330 Blue Screen
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem I'm having with this computer. Intermittently I will get a "blue screen" with a shut down and reboot. It appears to happen in clusters and not happen for awhile. Thirty mintues after recieving the computer this occured 3 times. I was using the internet at the time. The problem didn't occur till a few days later. The problem always occurs while I am on the internet but it really may not mean anything being that is all I am using it for at this time.
The first time this occured a tech support person looked at my computer with Dell Connect. He spent about 30 mintues but couldn't find anything. I was advised to run the diagnostics. I ran the diagnositics (full) 3 times and no problems were found. I was advised to reload the image file and do a complete factory restore. I also was advised to look at the dump file and common to all files was an error with file "ntkrnlpa.exe". At this point I was advised to return the computer and get a replacment.
A few days later I get a replacement and to my suprise it does the same thing after 30 mintues of use The "ntkrnlpa.exe" error was in the dump file. A note, there are no other programs on both computers. All I did was use it to get on the internet.
I really like this computer but it isn't going to do me any good the way it is. Maybe someone has experieced this problem and have a fix for it.
Thank you

out of the box with the internet not working. The system I have right now the
tech told me to do the same thing. My system passed everything as well. I am no
being told it is my router when every other system in the house is working just
fine. So I contact the router manufactured and they state Dell is full of it.
Call tech support back and they come to no conclusions. I keep calling everyday
hoping to get someone that actually knows what they are talking about but still
no luck yet. I have received a different explanation from ever person I have
talked to and no fix. I really liked my old system as well, but it just got to
the point were it was having some issue more then it was not. I really hope you
get the issue resolved. Instead of "Thanks for calling Dell XPS Technical
Support how may I assist you? Oh no problem I will be happy to resolve this
issue for you today!" Three weeks later still no internet. Good luck with your
DELL XPS EXPERIENCE RIGHT!!! But seriously I wish you the best of luck."
