XPS M2010 freezing, bluetooth/keyboard connecting problem, and now no video
I had a motherboard put in not long after I got it in 2007. Then the screen started going blue and saying it was dumping files. If anything is plugged into the USB ports it will not boot right and starts a constant beep. Lately it has been freezing up and the keyboard will not always work. Now when I try to turn it on nothing comes up on the screen while the bluetooth light comes on and the lights on the keyboard flash once. I have called tech numerous times and with it being out of warranty they want to charge $60 just for a phone diagnosis when it won't even do anything. That's all they can say. I am just looking for somewhere to take it that I can speak with and understand so they can see exactly what is happening. Dell support has been very unhelpful. Dells support has always been their downfall from all the reviews I have seen and now I see why. Most other pc companies have walk-in service centers around but dell says they do not. Any suggestions?

Hi bam5db,
I understand how frustrating this could be. Unfortunately Dell does not have direct walk-in for repairs. You could contact Expired Warranty Support on 800-624-9896.
For the cost of $59, the technician will diagnose the problem to determine if there has been a hardware failure. After diagnosis by the Dell technician, we'll send you packaging and instructions to mail your notebook to a repair facility.
Also try the below steps.
Kindly Remove the Battery, the AC Adapter and any other devices connected to the system. Press and hold the power button continuously for 30 seconds to release the Flea Power and then try to switch on the system with the battery and adapter connected. You could connect an external monitor and check if you get display.
You could also run the built in diagnostics. Turn the computer off >restart the computer , At the Dell logo screen, start tapping the F12 key a few times until you see the ‘One Time Boot Menu’ appear. At the one time boot menu, press the down arrow key to highlight ‘Diagnostic’, and then press Enter to begin the PSA diagnostics. If the test fails, please make a note of any error codes listed.
