XPS15 9530 Repeated BSOD IRQL_NOT_LES_OR_EQUAl

Did this first time straight out of the box!

Gone though hardware diagnostics, tried to update drivers (took 4 hours) no better and most of the rivers although searched by DELL suggest they are refresh or repair not new.

Have loaded some bits and pieces on, will run but after sleeping or restart BSOD is a 50/50 chance.
