alienware speaker issue possibly resolved?

so ive been having this same issue for about a week now, and after several days of trying to solve it, i think i might have come across a solution. i own an alienware m18x r2. my sound would work randomly. then after a restart, or update, my sound would say no speakers or headphones were connected. after using the suspend key seveal times, i would get lucky and my speakers would work. i  noticed while they work, a second high definition sound driver is installed, and when they are not working the driver is missing. i used double driver and backed up every driver while the speakers worked, and have relied on that so far. after saving them, i have suspended my computer atleast 20 times, and restarted completely 8 or 9. its not guranteed to work, but so far every time it comes back on, my speakers are working perfectly.
