can i fix the cracking sound?
few days ago i opened my laptop then there this cracking sound. i checked and i think the 'connector' (i dont know what its called) that attach the keyboard and the screen/monitor is broken...
so, i want to know if it is possible to send my laptop and change the 'connector' or fix it because the sound of the crack make me feel like my laptop gonna break to two part...
p/s : sorry for the horrible description about the situation here..im really bad with gadget

Hinge saddles can be replaced but they are not a user replaceable part. There are no universal parts.
Without knowing the EXACT make and model dell there is no way to know.

what is "user replaceable part"?
so,can i send my laptop to dell center to fix it?
