dell Inspiron I8100 model No: pp01x

Question

Dell Inspiron I8100 power supply;   model ADP-70EB  Pa-6 family P/N 9364U. The led on the power supply is steady on until I plug it in the laptop and then It starts to flash slowly. The laptop will not power on and no lights.   :smileysad:     Do I need a new power supply
